George H. Roberts, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has been practicing estate planning and administration since 1975. His emphasis is on estate planning and administration, elder law and school law. He also provides services in real estate and assists those clients who own a family business. Mr. Roberts was a Town Justice in Lewisboro for many years, and is also a Certified Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education.

FRED L. POLLACK has been providing effective legal representation for clients with criminal, divorce, family law, real estate and landlord-tenant matters for 42 years. In addition to his experience as an attorney, he served for fourteen years as a member of the North Hempstead Town Council and four years as a Commissioner of the North Hempstead Housing Authority. He is active in numerous community activities and has served as an officer and/or director of a variety of non-profit organizations.

Zoe Tsicalos is an associate at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. Ms. Tsicalos received her Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in 2021 and J.D. degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2024. During Ms. Tsicalos’ time at Hofstra Law, she participated in Hofstra Law’s Women’s Society and Business Law Society.
