After serving as a clerk for the New York State Supreme Court and a stint in the legal department of Towers Financial in NYC, Mr. Affinito decided to practice law in New Jersey where he presently serves the citizens of Passaic, Morris, Bergen and Sussex Counties.

Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.
