Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.

Jonathan Davis is a transactional attorney concentrating in commercial real estate. His practice includes all aspects of commercial leasing including office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and ground leases. He also works closely with our Healthcare department on Medical office and surgery center leases. Jonathan’s practice also includes the representation of institutional and private lenders in mortgage loans and other secured transactions.
