Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.

Since June 1997, David has been a trial lawyer in private practice with his office located “on the square” in downtown Waynesville. David primarily concentrates his legal representation in the areas of Probate Law, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Injury Law, Landlord-Tenant Law and Civil Law. Mary K. Walker practices primarily in the fields of agricultural law and civil litigation, including real estate and probate law. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed in the state courts of Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee, in four United States District Courts and in the federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
