Shannon is a transactional associate with experience in real estate, estate planning and probate law. Shannon graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with her bachelor degree in Political Science in 2008 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. A St. Mary’s County native, she is a graduate of Leonardtown High School. After missing family and the waterfront in Southern Maryland, she and her husband are thankful to have returned home to raise their family and be more active in the community they grew up in.

Nicholas is a member of Croessmann & Westberg's litigation practice, that focuses on business, commercial, and construction litigation. Nicholas began his legal career working at a plaintiff's employment litigation firm in Bethesda, Maryland, where he focused on employment discrimination, retaliation, and unpaid commissions related matters.

Ryan T. West is one of eight grandchildren of the late Raymond D. Coates Sr., a lawyer and founder of the Law Firm of Coates, Coates & Coates, P.A. in Worcester County, Maryland. Mr. Coates was a former State's Attorney for Worcester County; a former County Attorney for Worcester County; a former member of the Attorney Grievance Commission; a former member of the Maryland State Bar Association Judicial Selection Commission; Past President of the Worcester County Bar Association; and a member of the Maryland State and American Bar Association.
