I am currently working towards a Master of Laws in Taxation at Boston University School of Law, anticipating completion in 2026. Before this, I obtained my Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. My educational background also encompasses a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts, both from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. In 2024, I was admitted to the Alaska Bar Association and the Federal District of Alaska. The following year, in 2025, I gained admission to the US Tax Court, the State Bar of Arizona, and the Federal District of Arizona.

Sterling R. Threet has over 25 years of experience representing clients throughout Arizona. Mr. Threet earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Arizona State University in 1987, and was honored on the Deans List for academic achievement. Marc McCain has lived in the Phoenix area since 1978. He attended Arizona State University where he studied business finance and graduated with highest honors in 1991. After graduating from ASU he worked as a financial analyst with a local litigation consulting firm until he decided to follow his true passion to study law at Arizona State University College of Law. Marc graduated from law school with honors in 1995 and has been practicing in the Phoenix area since that time.
