Welcome to my profile. A little bit about me, I've been a licensed attorney for over 10 years where I have worked on estate planning, DWI, and real estate work during that period. With my law firm, it is my purpose to help protect the rights of the community when encountering a DWI/DUI arrest as well as other. misdemeanors. I am a seasoned probate litigator with many years of transactional experience. I serve as a counselor and business advisor, guiding my clients through probate matters only after clearly establishing their goals. My practice is focused on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation matters. Additionally, I have experience in the real estate and energy sectors. My primary role involves handling litigation, but I am also well-versed in transactional matters across these areas. I have represented clients in both state and federal courts for over ten years.
