Stuart M. Gottlieb graduated from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970 and a Master of Science in 1975. He attended Brooklyn law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1980. He later obtained a Master of laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2000. In 1981, he was admitted to the bars in Florida and New York, and was admitted as an attorney of and qualified to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

I represent clients in a broad range of business litigation matters in the state and federal courts. I have experience representing clients in disputes involving contracts, business torts, real estate, probate and estate matters, and government-in-the sunshine matters. My experience in the business world before becoming a lawyer gives me a unique perspective to resolve business disputes while keeping in mind my clients’ overarching business objectives.

Born and raised in Canada and the United States, I have been representing people and small businesses in legal matters for over 22 years.

Pamela is an estate planning, estate administration, and title attorney. She received her estate planning and probate experience from her father, A.
