Jeffrey Lohman graduated with honors from Western State College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona as well as the federal districts of Minnesota, Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, and Arizona. Jeff is not licensed to practice in California.

Over the past three years, Jeff has gained considerable experience in state and federal court as well as being lead counsel in hundreds of consumer arbitration matters. His experiences both in and out of court give him a unique perspective about matters of litigation.

Eric Smith received his bachelor’s degree from UCSD in 1995 and his law degree from Pepperdine University in 1997. Eric holds the Certified Financial Planner(TM) designation. He has been a securities dispute arbitrator for FINRA and taught retirement planning classes for Cal Lutheran’s MBA program. He is a member of the California Bar, the Ventura County Bar Association, and the Financial Planner’s Association of Ventura County. He is co-owner of Lifetime Planning, Inc., a financial planning firm in Camarillo. He resides in Ventura with his spouse, Jamie King, and their children, Kell and Leif.

Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and his Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management, both in May of 2016. During law school, he was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program and competed in the Liberty Law School National Negotiations Competition, where he finished in second place. I was born and raised in Napa, California, and now live in the Los Angeles area. I pursued my undergraduate studies at Occidental College, where I earned a BA in Politics. Following that, I attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in the top 10% of my division.
