I believe that some of my life experiences, both past and present, give me the ability to connect with my clients with genuine empathy and understanding. I have, myself, been involved with the legal system in the area of custody and know first-hand how uncomfortable it can be. I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate.
