Heather's law experience brings extensive real-world criminal and juvenile crime knowledge from spending nine years as a deputy prosecutor. She has expanded the Law Group's practice areas to include probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. She is a proud University of Arkansas School of Law alumnae, who continues to donate more than 100 hours annually to coach the law school's Student Trial Advocacy Team.

I began my career as a lawyer at Martin Attorneys, P.A. in 2000 and spent many years working as a consumer bankruptcy attorney. In 2024, I started my own practice, Trey Robbins, PLLC, located at 8 E. Main St., Farmington, Arkansas. In addition to my bankruptcy practice, I also focus on estate planning, probate, and business formation.

Joe Byars has over 25 years of experience in private practice. He began his practice in Dallas, Texas, handling business and employment law issues of all types. Since moving to his hometown of Fort Smith,Arkansas, his practice has focused on civil litigation, including personal injury law,employment law, and complex business litigation in many areas, including antitrust, and healthcare. Joe also handles estate planning, business transactions and regulatory issues.

Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.

Chad is extremely well-versed in Estate Planning. Our goal is that every estate planning client that enters our firm leaves with an estate plan that is tailored to their specific needs and situation. A good estate plan helps families plan and protect their assets. If probate is needed, Chad is also very knowledgeable in that area. Mary K. Walker practices primarily in the fields of agricultural law and civil litigation, including real estate and probate law. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed in the state courts of Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee, in four United States District Courts and in the federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
