Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

Heather's law experience brings extensive real-world criminal and juvenile crime knowledge from spending nine years as a deputy prosecutor. She has expanded the Law Group's practice areas to include probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. She is a proud University of Arkansas School of Law alumnae, who continues to donate more than 100 hours annually to coach the law school's Student Trial Advocacy Team.

I have been practicing in Fort Smith since 2012 and began my career here working as a prosecutor for Sebastian County where I gained invaluable courtroom experience. I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.
