My name is Daniel Hoarfrost. I practice bankruptcy and personal injury law in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Brent Smith is an Eastern Oregon civil litigation lawyer. He regularly tries cases to judge and jury in both state and federal courts. I have been a part time judge for 13 years. After a few years at the United States Attorneys office, I have spent my career representing those who have suffered life changing injuries.

Justin Idiart began practicing in 2011 although he has been working in the legal industry since 1998. Justin graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel L. Harris in Jackson County Circuit Court.

He also received an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2007. Justin is fluent in English and Spanish.
