I have been practicing law since 1995. I have handled Personal Injury cases, Medical Malpractice cases and Workers Compensation cases. I have argued cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and The North Carolina Supreme Court. Over the last several years, I have specialized in handling Social Security Disability cases. I have appealed these cases to Federal District Court and defended one these appeals before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have taught continuing legal education classes to other attorneys across the country on Social Security Disability.

John graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1989. He has been working for Plaintiff's for over 31 years. His office is located in Asheville, NC but he has clients all over the state of North Carolina and several outside of North Carolina.

As a former Prosecutor and a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law, Dustin has extensive litigation experience in courts all over Western Carolina. He has handled cases ranging from petty misdemeanors to 1st Degree Murder and Seven Figure Traumatic Injury cases. He has tried over 50 Jury trials to verdict and is ready to help you with your legal needs, big and small.

Nichad Davis joined Tin Fulton Walker & Owen in 2022. Nichad supports the firm in the areas of civil rights, employment, education, personal injury, and wrongful death. After graduating law school, Nichad gained valuable experience working at a Charlotte insurance defense firm, representing employers and insurance companies in complex litigation. Nichad later made the decision to dedicate his life to advocating for plaintiffs, and worked at a reputable personal injury firm in his hometown of Greensboro, NC. A native of North Carolina, Julian brings over 26 years of experience in the practice of law to coastal North Carolina. Julian served in the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1990 to 1996, helping to pay his way through college and law school. Julian graduated from Campbell Law School in 1998, and has handled civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate planning.
