Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

For the last 18 years of being an attorney I have been interested in a vast array of legal experience in pursuing personal injury cases on behalf of my clients as well as defending clients charged with criminal offenses.  In all, I have had 9,000 appearances with local courts in Northwest Indiana consisting trials, hearings, status conferences and initial hearing.  In addition to my litigation duties as an attorney, I also have taught over ten years for a local university in the areas of public policy/political science, business law, business ethics, labor law  and criminal justice for graduate and undergraduate...

I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review.
