Attorney Brian C. Ross, a South Carolina native, graduated from University of South Carolina Upstate with a degree in History and then went on to attend John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. While in law school, Brian was on the mock trial team and clerked for multiple private trial attorneys before interning at the Fulton County District Attorney’s office where he prosecuted felony crimes under the Third Year Practice Act. Brian stood out amongst his peers, often times volunteering for projects and working overtime to hone his skills. Jamie founded The Auto Accident Attorneys Group to be a personal injury lawyer for the people. She proudly brings fierce negotiating skills to fight for her clients and compassion and commitment to help them endure the difficult process of an accident case. Jamie has helped recover millions of dollars in settlements and judgments. Jamie graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she met her husband and partner Ali. Jamie and Ali live in Marietta, Georgia with their two daughters.

Ms. Kubanyi graduated from John Marshall Law School and has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years for plaintiffs and insurance defense firms throughout the State of Georgia.

While in college, Ms. Kubanyi was awarded an internship with the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., where she worked with the Honorable Richard Ray. She has chaired the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal Workshop Seminar in 2011 and 2010.
