Ms. Kubanyi graduated from John Marshall Law School and has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years for plaintiffs and insurance defense firms throughout the State of Georgia.

While in college, Ms. Kubanyi was awarded an internship with the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., where she worked with the Honorable Richard Ray. She has chaired the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal Workshop Seminar in 2011 and 2010.

Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world’s most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). His experience at these firms provided him with invaluable insight and deal flows totaling over $3 Billion dollars worth of transaction experience. After law school, I clerked for the Honorable J. Antonio DelCampo in the State Court of DeKalb County. While there, Judge DelCampo was not reversed on any of his decisions. Beginning in 2004, I litigated with Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, concentrating primarily on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases arising from construction and products liability litigation. I also worked on public sector matters, defending cities and counties from various claims.
