I have been a board certified civil trial attorney since 1985. I am originally from Silver Spring, MD. I attended the University of Maryland and Towson State University, graduating summa cum laude in 1977, with a degree in psychology. In 1980, I received my juris doctorate degree from American University's Washington College of Law. As an Assistant State Attorney from 1981-83, I prosecuted criminals in the 20th Judicial Circuit.
