I have been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years. I concentrate my practice in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. I have an extensive legal practice representing individuals and businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. I am a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County as well as a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference.

Patrick J. Best (“PJ Best”) is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Rochester Institute of Technology. He was born and raised in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. After graduating from law school he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Carmen D. Minora of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Stephanie Rauch-Mannino (“ROCK-muh-NEE-no”) has experience in education, estates, and family issues including adoption, custody, guardianship, and visitation. Attorney Rauch-Mannino is passionate about helping families and promoting the best outcomes for clients. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
