I am a business law, litigation, and real estate attorney at Polishan Solfanelli, LLC. My practice includes managing both residential and commercial real estate closings and title insurance through my DJS Abstract & Settlement Service, with the invaluable assistance of my Settlement Officer, Tracey A. Pope. At Polishan Solfanelli, we also deal with real estate breach of contract, real estate disputes and litigation, construction disputes and litigation, as well as leasing disputes and litigation.

I am a criminal trial attorney who has handled thousands of cases ranging from traffic, DUI, sex and drug offences, to money laundering, wire fraud and homicide. I also deal with issues relating to the defense of Title IX charges. Many of my clients hold professional licenses ( doctors, nurses, pilots, insurance agents) and thus my experience extends to administrative proceedings and the collateral impact of criminal charges or conviction on licensure.
