My name is Tara Eckels and I own an estate planning firm that is based in Macungie, Pennsylvania. My areas of practice include estate planning (wills, living wills, powers of attorney), trust and estate administration, elder care and guardianship. I am very proud to offer home consultations.

I have been practicing law in Northeast, PA since 1990, after moving from Philadelphia. I currently live in Palmerton, PA with my wife Sandra, who I have been married to for over 30 years. Dina Brilliant graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington Indiana with a BS in Business and a minor in psychology. Ms. Brilliant then obtained her Law degree at Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, KY. Since graduating from Law School in 1993, Ms. Brilliant has been practicing in the area of Worker's Compensation. From 1993 through 2000, Ms. Brilliant worked for employers and the insurance carriers gaining valuable knowledge and insight as to how the insurance carriers and employers prepare for, and defend, workers' compensation cases.
