As a registered U.S. patent attorney, I am authorized to file and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I also handle the filing and prosecution of U.S. trademark applications.

I am admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. I am also certified as an Engineer in Training (EIT) and a Patent Valuation Analyst (CPVA).
