Mr. McGlew is active in all aspects of the McGlew an d Tuttle, P.C. patent prosecution and litigation practice. Mr. McGlew has been involved in prosecuting many patent applications across a broad range of technologies, including the mechanical, electronic and computer arts, since he joined private practice. Mr. McGlew was a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has been registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1986.

Larita Yusuf is an experienced litigator and a registered patent attorney. As an intellectual property attorney, she has helped creators secure design patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the African Regional Intellectual Property Office (ARIPO) and their original works with the U.S. Copyright Office. She earned a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B. Sci. in Biology from Francis Marion University. While in law school, she worked as a federal judicial intern in the District of South Carolina and as a patent legal intern at a boutique intellectual property law...

I advise on a broad range of copyright trademark, licensing, trade secret, right of publicity, privacy, corporate transactional and litigation matters. Prior to opening my firm, I worked on intellectual property and general corporate issues at an academic publishing house. I also clerked with Chief Judge Khalida Rachid Kahn at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Before I entered law, I performed bass and taught music.
