Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Raised in the foothills of Mt. St. Helens, Amanda grew to love nature and commuting by bicycle in the city. She graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University and with honors from Lewis and Clark Law School, as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society and recipient of the Environmental Leadership Award. For more than twenty-five years, teams have relied on her to build energy out of ideas.
