Mr. Jacobs received his J.D. from Seattle University in 1979. He is licensed to practice law in all Washington and Oregon state and federal courts. Before creating the NW Injury Law Center, Mr. Jacobs was a partner in a personal injury law firm for over 20 years. He is an active member of the Washington, Oregon and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a frequent lecturer on legal issues for both the Oregon and Washington associations.

Firm Founder/Managing Attorney. Randal attended Portland’s Wilson High School before heading to California for college and then New York for law school. He was lured back to Portland in 1991 to work for a large, regional law firm. Thereafter, he started his own practice in Portland, OR. Amy Fassler is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Tualatin. During her last year in law school, Amy worked as a certified law student at Community Legal Services, assisting low income clients on family law matters. Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Ed focuses on matters involving government law, police practices, employment, contracts, personal injury, property damage and professional regulation. He counsels licensed professionals, employers and governmental entities on compliance with administrative, state and federal rules and regulations. Ed also represents individuals in employment, business and real estate matters.

Kelly McCann's practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction matters. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? Kelly regularly represents homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, commercial real estate investors, and property management companies in connection with both transactional and litigated real estate and construction matters. ? While not working, Kelly enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with family and friends.
