Kelly McCann's practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction matters. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? Kenneth is an experienced attorney with an engineering background who helps clients successfully navigate complex transactions involving energy, and advocates for clients before state and federal utility commissions. Specialties: Complex commercial transactions, particularly related to energy, including: power purchase agreements; interconnection agreements; security agreements; and land transactions.

Marcus grew up in Salem, Oregon, watching his father, Marc Gunn, and grandfather, Robert Gunn, working as criminal defense attorneys. Marcus decided to continue the family legacy by receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy in 2018 from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law in 2021. Marcus is a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (OCDLA) and the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), and the executive editor of the 2025 Trial Notebook, an OCDLA publication.
