Kelly McCann's practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction matters. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? Kelly regularly represents homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, commercial real estate investors, and property management companies in connection with both transactional and litigated real estate and construction matters. ?
