James Martin has been raising his family on Oregon's south coast since 2008. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999. James served as a law clerk to a federal judge in Arizona before spending several years in the commercial litigation and school law sections of a large firm in Phoenix.

Mr. Halttunen previously worked as a police officer where he had assignments including detectives where he was responsible for investigating cases that included financial fraud. Mr. Halttunen was also a member of the major crash teams and investigated many serious injury and fatal car crashes including as the lead investigator.
