Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Ed focuses on matters involving government law, police practices, employment, contracts, personal injury, property damage and professional regulation. He counsels licensed professionals, employers and governmental entities on compliance with administrative, state and federal rules and regulations. Ed also represents individuals in employment, business and real estate matters.

After obtaining an MBA I worked for eight years in various aspects of commercial real estate including syndication analysis, consulting, brokerage and appraisals. I have been practicing law since 1992. I clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice during my 2nd and 3rd year of law school. My law practice involves assisting local businesses with legal/financial problems, working with Oregon consumers whose needs are best resolved through the legal system, and assisting families with the administration of probate estates.
