Jonathan E. Shook is a civil litigation lawyer who, since 1999, has focused his practice on representing individuals in matters pertaining to employment law and/or employee benefits. Mr. Shook has successfully represented hundreds of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he has done so in a wide variety of contexts, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, and retaliatory discharge.

Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Ms. Benn has utilized her skills of persuasion in verbal and written communications in representing clients in various civil litigation matters. As an attorney, she has managed conflict and diffused difficult situations using her strong interpersonal traits to settle and mediate several cases to her clients’ benefit. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

I am Gary Maxey, a former judge from Craig County, Oklahoma with 21 years of service on the bench. Before my time as a judge, I held the position of First Assistant District Attorney in Enid, Oklahoma. Currently, I am the Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Animal Law Section and manage my private practice as the managing partner of Maxey Law LLC, which has offices in Vinita and Claremore, Oklahoma. I am Lawrence Goodwin, and I am a divorce and family law attorney in Oklahoma City. I was born and raised in this city, and enjoy working in it as well. I graduated from the Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1998. After undergraduate school, I attended OCU’s School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2003. I have memberships with the Oklahoma Bar, the Oklahoma County Bar, ABA, as well as the Phi Alpha Delta international law fraternity.
