Ryan Y. Cunningham is a founding partner of Cunningham & Mears. Mr. Cunningham devotes his practice to protecting the rights of injured Oklahoma residents. Milissa R. Tipton-Dunkins was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has been admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court. She has extensive experience in complex immigration matters and representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and those in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the United States Department of Justice’s Immigration Courts (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

I am an adoption and guardianship attorney with over 15 years experience and have successfully completed hundreds of adoptions. We do all types of adoption in all 77 counties in Oklahoma.

I re-entered private practice after serving the past five years as a Judge of the District Court of Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma. I am in general practice of law with no special area of emphasis.
