I re-entered private practice after serving the past five years as a Judge of the District Court of Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma. I am in general practice of law with no special area of emphasis.

I am Gary Maxey, a former judge from Craig County, Oklahoma with 21 years of service on the bench. Before my time as a judge, I held the position of First Assistant District Attorney in Enid, Oklahoma. Currently, I am the Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Animal Law Section and manage my private practice as the managing partner of Maxey Law LLC, which has offices in Vinita and Claremore, Oklahoma.
