I re-entered private practice after serving the past five years as a Judge of the District Court of Kay and Noble County, Oklahoma. I am in general practice of law with no special area of emphasis.

Tony Edwards was born and raised in McAlester and has devoted himself to serving the legal needs of the people in his home area. He achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level in legal ability and ethical standards. He received his undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology from East Central University in Ada and then went to Oklahoma University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1982.

Keith is admitted to practice law in the federal Northern District of Oklahoma and all State courts in Oklahoma. He sits on the board of Operation Aware. Keith was born in Dallas and grew up in Connecticut. He lettered twice on the local varsity rugby team and was a radio disk-jockey. Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Ms. Benn has utilized her skills of persuasion in verbal and written communications in representing clients in various civil litigation matters. As an attorney, she has managed conflict and diffused difficult situations using her strong interpersonal traits to settle and mediate several cases to her clients’ benefit. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

Jonathan E. Shook is a civil litigation lawyer who, since 1999, has focused his practice on representing individuals in matters pertaining to employment law and/or employee benefits. Mr. Shook has successfully represented hundreds of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he has done so in a wide variety of contexts, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, and retaliatory discharge.

Matt was born and raised in Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business at Oklahoma State University in 2007, before getting his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. He started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Pushmataha County, where he gained trial experience and a working criminal law knowledge. He then went to work as an Associate for Gotcher and Beaver Law Firm in McAlester, with a varied practice from domestic law to criminal defense to personal injury.
