Ms. Benn has utilized her skills of persuasion in verbal and written communications in representing clients in various civil litigation matters. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

I am Gary Maxey, a former judge from Craig County, Oklahoma with 21 years of service on the bench. Before my time as a judge, I held the position of First Assistant District Attorney in Enid, Oklahoma. Currently, I am the Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Animal Law Section and manage my private practice as the managing partner of Maxey Law LLC, which has offices in Vinita and Claremore, Oklahoma.
