Jonathan E. Shook is a civil litigation lawyer who, since 1999, has focused his practice on representing individuals in matters pertaining to employment law and/or employee benefits. Mr. Shook has successfully represented hundreds of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he has done so in a wide variety of contexts, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, and retaliatory discharge.

I am Gary Maxey, a former judge from Craig County, Oklahoma with 21 years of service on the bench. Before my time as a judge, I held the position of First Assistant District Attorney in Enid, Oklahoma. Currently, I am the Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Animal Law Section and manage my private practice as the managing partner of Maxey Law LLC, which has offices in Vinita and Claremore, Oklahoma. Matt was born and raised in Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business at Oklahoma State University in 2007, before getting his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. He started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Pushmataha County, where he gained trial experience and a working criminal law knowledge. Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Mr. McBride is a litigator. He has successfully argued in front of Oklahoma's highest Court, defended federal business litigation actions, organized multi-million-dollar business transactions and transfers, represented conflict divorce estates and successfully defended a First-Degree Murder, Manslaughter and other felonies.
