Jonathan E. Shook is a civil litigation lawyer who, since 1999, has focused his practice on representing individuals in matters pertaining to employment law and/or employee benefits. Mr. Shook has successfully represented hundreds of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he has done so in a wide variety of contexts, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, and retaliatory discharge.

Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Ms. Benn has utilized her skills of persuasion in verbal and written communications in representing clients in various civil litigation matters. As an attorney, she has managed conflict and diffused difficult situations using her strong interpersonal traits to settle and mediate several cases to her clients’ benefit. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

Melissa is a passionate attorney with many years experience in family law. Starting her career as a paralegal, Melissa decided there was more work she could do. As an attorney, she has both personal and practical experience with divorce, child custody, and visitation issues.
