I am a criminal and DUI defense lawyer serving clients in Cleveland, Toledo and Cincinnati.

After 40 years with Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, more than 20 of them in the role of Director of Litigation, I have started DeBlasis Law Firm, LLC. I plan to continue practicing in the fields of civil litigation, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor, and real estate law. Although not a young pup anymore, I still have great energy and enthusiasm for the law and problem-solving. My passion for Family Law stems from a desire to help families navigate the legal system with confidence and find the best possible outcome for themselves and their children. Throughout my legal education, I was drawn to the complexities and nuances of Family Law cases and knew that this was the area in which I wanted to focus my career.
