Bobbie Marsh was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. She attended Malone College where she received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Bobbie began her law studies at Case Western Reserve School of Law. During law school, Bobbie was a staff editor for the Journal of International Law and participated in Case's Clinic to represent the indigent. Mr. Shaffer is a native of Steubenville,Ohio. He is married to Arlene B. Angel-Shaffer, Esq. who is currently retired. His daughter, Sarah and her husband are both Registered Nurses. They are the proud parents of three sons. His oldest son, Daniel is a student at Carlow Univerity and working at HVL Laboratories. His younger son, Joseph is currently serving in the United States Air Force.

I was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, where I also pursued my higher education. I graduated with a law degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 2020. During my law school years, I volunteered at Akron Law’s expungement clinic, assisting previously convicted community members in clearing their records for a new beginning. My legal practice is primarily focused on criminal defense representation.
