Jeffrey T. Perry, Esq. received his BS from Ohio University and his JD from Capital University Law School. Jesse graduated from The University of Akron in 2001 with a degree in Fire Protection Technology. He graduated again in 2004 with degrees in the Arts and Emergency Management. In 2006 he received his Master's degree in Sociology and began work on his PhD. Charles is a native of Centerville, Ohio and prior to entering law school earned his B.A. from Ohio University, an M.P.A. from Wright State University, and was employed for four years with the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development Department where he worked to assist local companies grow their business. Charles also managed the County's site selection program where he helped attract new business investment to the Dayton Region.
