Julian served in the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1990 to 1996, helping to pay his way through college and law school. Julian graduated from Campbell Law School in 1998, and has handled civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate planning.

I have been practicing law since 1995. I have handled Personal Injury cases, Medical Malpractice cases and Workers Compensation cases. I have argued cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and The North Carolina Supreme Court. Over the last several years, I have specialized in handling Social Security Disability cases.
