Edward L. Powell is an attorney in Winston-Salem, NC. He is the Yadkin County Attorney and the Town Attorney of Kernersville, NC and has a private law practice. He is the former Commissioner of the NC Department of Motor Vehicles and served in the State House of Representatives and as a member of the NC Board of Transportation. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and earned his Juris Doctor degree at Wake Forest University. He was recognized in 2022 by Marquis Who's Who in America.
