Sara Willingham is an experienced trial attorney. Ms. Willingham has extensive experience handling motor vehicle cases, including complex motor vehicle accidents where liability is contested. In addition, Ms. Willingham has handled numerous product liability cases, medical malpractice cases, negligent security cases and premises liability cases. In addition to her extensive courtroom litigation practice, Ms. Willingham arbitrates uninsured and underinsured motorist cases on behalf of injured policy holders.

Neubia founded The Law Office of Neubia L. Harris, PLLC in 2018. Neubia has extensive education law and civil litigation experience. Prior to founding the firm, Neubia worked as an Associate Attorney with boutique law firm where she practiced education law exclusively, and a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina where her practice spanned a variety of civil matters.
