I have been practicing family law since 2002, and I have handled cases in over a dozen jurisdictions in North Carolina.

I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law who graduated in May 2023 with a Juris Doctor. During my time in law school, I was a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and also served as President of the USC school of law American Constitution Society. I am passionate about helping clients and look forwarding to serving you as best I can.

Allison is the family immigration and removal defense attorney at Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group. She has been licensed in North Carolina since 2012 and is a NC Board Certified Specialist in Immigration Law.

Nate has been exclusively practicing family law since 2017. He is well-versed in cases surrounding child custody, child support, postseparation support, alimony, equitable distribution, and, if necessary, domestic violence protective orders.
