Patrick Fischer is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York and Pace Law School in White Plains, New York. He has been admitted to practice law in New York State for over 11 years. He is also admitted in Federal Court in the South District of New York. Patrick Fischer is a former Rockland County Senior Assistant District Attorney who prosecuted the most serious violent felonies including homicides, burglaries, and robberies. Born and raised in Rockland County, Kevin has been practicing in New City, New York since 1980. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning and administration including trusts and estates work in Rockland, Weschester, and all downstate counties. He received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1979 and his Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1984. Kevin has served (and continues to serve) on the Boards and as an adviser to many not-for-profit organizations.
