Michael R. Daum counsels clients on the rules and regulations set forth under the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA regarding the design, administration, merger and termination of qualified and nonqualified pension plans as well as health and welfare plans. Through his counsel, Mike seeks to assist his clients avoid complex regulatory issues before they arise. In law school, Mike served as an extern for the Honorable David W.
