Wesley M. Brown grew up in Tonawanda, New York and graduated from St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute. He attended Canisius College, Erie Community College, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Niagara University in 1994 He attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and received his Juris Doctor in 2000.
