Michelle N. Michelle Daly graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the NY State Bar. Prior to law school, she studied history at LeMoyne College, in Syracuse, NY, during which time she studied at La Sorbonne in France.

My dedication to immigration practice began many years ago when my mother and I adopted a Chinese refugee family from Vietnam. Then newly admitted to the New York Bar, I learned immigration law in order to assist all of "my family" to become U.S. citizens and then to sponsor other family members through the maze of the legal immigration process. Mary Pat Burke's main practice area is medical malpractice defense representing hospitals and medical professionals including physicians, physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners, as well as nurses, respiratory therapists and physical therapists. Ms. Burke also has extensive experience in general liability defense, including premises liability, motor vehicle, school district and municipal liability defense, construction accidents and product liability.
