I also represent people who have received a state or federal grand jury target letter or subpoena, for intense and timely defense in the grand jury phase, because it is far better to never become a criminal defendant.

CARTER BECKWORTH is an associate attorney at Hays & Friedman, P.A. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. His background includes a range of experience in intellectual property and entertainment law, as well as commercial and residential real estate. I work as a people's lawyer and represent persons with claims against insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies. Despite the rules of court that often work to conceal an insurance company's participation, I will not appear in any case where the settlement or judgment will be paid by an individual rather than the insurance company.
