Brian Peykar represents real estate developers, investors, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail projects in New Jersey and New York. He has extensive knowledge and experience working in real estate development, real estate finance, real estate lending, asset purchase and sales, and commercial leasing. Neha Rao is an associate in Brach Eichler’s litigation group. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Neha was a litigation associate focused on commercial litigation matters at her previous law firm. She has also previously served as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where she litigated immigration removal cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals.

Since 2007, I have litigated property tax appeals on behalf of New Jersey property taxpayers before the Tax Court of New Jersey and county boards of taxation throughout the state, resulting in millions of dollars in refunds for my clients. I am also a past chair of the New Jersey Bar Association Tax Section and a current member of the Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court.
