For the next five years with Hansen and Engles, Mr. Rensch tried cases for Insurance carriers and individuals regarding personal injuries, medical malpractice and bussiness losses. To the present, Mr. Rensch has represented exclusively persons and companies making claims for injuries and damages caused by the negligence of automobile drivers, doctors, lawyers, developers, cities, counties and states. Theresa M. Siglar, J.D., M.S. Taxation, C.P.A., primarily practices law in Lincoln, Nebraska, specializing in the areas of debtor bankruptcy, selected creditor bankruptcy defense representation, tax preparation, civil litigation, will and estate preparation, and criminal defense, specializing in drug cases. Theresa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Theresa graduated from American University, Washington, D.C. with her Master's in Taxation, and passed the Certified Public Accountancy examination. Theresa has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri. Theresa enjoys assisting clients in finding a solution to their legal concern.

David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. David joined the firm in 1991, and is a partner.
